Styro Recycler in Kent, WA has a free drop off station. You can take styrofoam #6 like the stuff that comes in boxes with tvs and electronics. They also accept styro coolers, clean takeout & meat trays (white and colored), packing peanuts, clear bubble wrap, clear and clean plastic wrap, soft foam packing (polyethylene) and cardboard that has been flattened.
